We`re hiring a Financial Manager (Taxes/Audit/Reporting) to help us build the future of iGaming.
Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master`s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., ACCA,) is a strong plus.
** 3+ years of progressive experience in finance, audit or accounting role, preferably within an international environment.
** Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
** Excellent communication skills
** Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication within an international team and with external partners.
Responsibilities:
** Monitor and manage tax risks across multiple jurisdictions where Spribe Group companies operate, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations
** Lead and coordinate all aspects of the external audit process for Spribe Group companies
** Prepare and analyze individual and consolidated financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) in accordance with internal policies and relevant financial reporting standards, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
** Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through continuous review of accounting entries, reconciliations, and internal controls across the group.
** Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, IT, and compliance to align financial practices with overall business goals and regulatory requirements.
** Stay informed on evolving financial regulations and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the effectiveness of financial operations and reporting.
