Spectrum is a fully integrated Design-Build firm based in Tbilisi, Georgia, providing services in Architecture, Interior Design, Master Planning and Construction Management. We design and build unique and bespoke projects for the commercial and residential sectors worldwide.
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of architectural projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, coordinating with internal and external teams and ensuring successful execution according to deadlines, budget and quality standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
** Manage architectural projects from concept through completion;
** Coordinate the work of architects, engineers, consultants and contractors;
** Develop project schedules, budgets and resource allocations;
** Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality standards;
** Communicate with clients and provide regular project updates;
** Oversee preparation of project documentation, including contracts, reports and presentations;
** Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations and standards;
** Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
Requirements:
** Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural project management;
** Proven experience with large-scale and complex projects;
** Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (Master`s degree preferred)
** Strong leadership and coordination skills;
** Proficiency in project management tools;
** Excellent communication and client relationship skills;
** Good understanding of design and construction processes;
** Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an asset.
