Job description
The Sales Representative (Corporate Sales) will be a key member of the Marketing and Sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and management of corporate clients. This function will focus on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the corporate sector while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
** Identifying and prospecting potential corporate clients through research, networking, and cold calling
** Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets
** Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in target corporate organizations
** Conducting comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and business challenges
** Presenting tailored solutions and service offerings to corporate prospects through meetings and presentations
** Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals and contract negotiations
** Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and client onboarding
** Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM system
** Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
** Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
** Participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate leads
** Providing regular sales forecasts and reporting to management
** Supporting the development of sales materials, presentations, and marketing collateral
** Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all sales activities
** Contributing to team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues
Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or in a relevant field
** Minimum of 1-3 years working experience in corporate sales or B2B sales environment
** Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets preferably in B@B segment
** Strong understanding of corporate decision-making processes and sales cycles
** Experience selling professional services or complex solutions to corporate clients
** Excellent prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling skills
** Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
** Strong negotiation abilities
** Ability to build rapport and establish trust with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
** Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
** Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives
** Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for corporate client interactions
** Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
