Locksmith Solutions is pleased to announce an opening for the position of English Speaking Customer Support Representative.

We`re on the lookout for a driven and personable Customer Service Representative for Locksmith and Air Duct companies who`s eager to grow and knows how to build client relationships.

A very good English language knowledge is important as you`ll need to communicate with Native English Speakers from the United States.

Please note we provide the Locksmith service for self-initiated customers who proactively reach out to our business. We do not do cold calling.

Your Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you`ll be the face of our business, connecting clients with locksmith solutions tailored to their needs. You`ll identify new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships with customers of the company and ensure they receive top-notch service every time.

Terms and conditions:

** 5 days a week;
** 8-9 hours a day;
** 1000-1500GEL plus bonuses;
** Evening and night shifts;
** Evening shift - 2PM-11PM.
** Night shift - 11PM-8AM.

What You`ll Do:

** Answer all incoming calls.
** Understand customer security needs and recommend suitable locksmith solutions.
** Present, negotiate, and close sales deals effectively.
** Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
** Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and pass jobs to proper technicians.
** Stay updated on jobs in the system and conduct a follow up.
