We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and motivated Billing Manager to join our administrative team.
The Billing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all billing operations, including invoicing, insurance claims processing, payments, and revenue management, to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the clinic`s financial processes.
Salary: 1500 GEL (net)
Key Responsibilities:
** Manage day-to-day billing operations.
** Managing daily billing processes, supporting invoicing, insurance claims processing, and payment tracking, in coordination with the Finance ManagerOversee the timely submission and follow-up of insurance claims and patient invoices.
** Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve billing workflows.
** Prepare regular reports on billing activities, revenue cycle performance, and aged accounts, and submit them to the Financial Manager.
** Maintain the confidentiality of patient records and sensitive financial information.
Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
** Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
** Strong analytical and communication skills.
** Working knowledge of English is required.
