We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support for our overseas Amazon platform and online shop operations, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

** Respond to customer inquiries across Amazon and our online shop, manage order tracking, logistics, after and before sales support, and handle customer complaints.
** Efficiently process tickets coming from live chat, email, phone calls, and other communication channels, ensuring professional and timely responses.
** Develop a solid understanding of the company`s products, including their basic knowledge, practical applications, and usage functions.
** Address technical inquiries, gather feedback on hardware and software needs, and assist in refining communication scripts for consistent service delivery.
** Assist in creating and updating standardized customer service processes, after-sales manuals, FAQs, and English product help documents.
** Provide pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales consultation services while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

** Proficient in English for professional communication. (C1)
** Experienced in using tools such as Shopify (for the online shop), Zendesk (customer support platform), and Tidio (live chat platform), Aircall (Phone calls)
** Passionate about customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage unexpected situations.
** Strong organizational and execution skills, proactive work attitude, and ability to follow instructions and meet customer expectations.
** Detail-oriented, patient, and responsible, with strong teamwork abilities and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
** A background in hearing aids or audiology will be considered a preferred qualification

Salary and working hours:

Salary: 2400-3015 GEL/month for full-time, based on experience and qualifications

Monday to Friday; Weekends off
