Job Description:
As a Tech Recruiter Intern at Conceptdigital, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced recruiters and HR professionals to learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process, with a focus on technical roles.
This internship is designed to provide you with practical skills and knowledge to kick-start your career in tech recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
** Assist in sourcing top technical talent through methods such as social media, job boards, and industry networks.
** Support the screening process by reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens.
** Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
** Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with administrative tasks.
** Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your recruiting skills.
Requirements:
** Proficiency in English - both writing and verbal communication (B2-C1);
** Strong communication skills;
** Strong decision-making skills
