Why We Need You
We are looking for a Tech HR Generalist to join our HRA team and provide day-to-day operational HR support across our growing tech departments.
You will play a key role in aligning HR practices with business goals, supporting talent lifecycle activities, and maintaining a strong and compliant employee experience across the board.
What You`ll Be Doing
HR Partnering
** Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
** Support decision-making through data-informed insights and HR reporting.
Employee Relations & Engagement
** Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
** Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace through coaching, guidance, and resolution of employee relations matters.
** Drive engagement initiatives that promote well-being, morale, and a sense of belonging.
Talent Acquisition & Development
** Collaborate with recruiters to support hiring activities, particularly for technical roles.
** Facilitating career development and training programs.
HR Operations & Compliance
** Ensure adherence to labor law, immigration requirements, and internal company policies.
** Support documentation processes for audits and policy implementations.
** Streamline and optimize administrative and operational HR workflows.
Visa & Mobility Management
** Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding visa requirements.
** Coordinate the application, renewal, downgrade, or cancellation of working visas and permits.
** Track visa status and ensure timely renewals.
** Stay updated on labor and immigration law changes and adapt internal processes accordingly.
Travel Coordination
** Partner with the travel team to arrange flights and accommodation for relocating or traveling tech employees.
Onboarding & Offboarding
** Ensure smooth onboarding experience, including system access and documentation.
** Manage offboarding procedures through HRIS and coordinate with the Tech and Admin teams to close access.
What You Bring to the Team
** 4+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, must in a tech and fast-paced international environment.
** In-depth understanding of HR practices including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
** Familiarity with labor and immigration law in Georgia and/or international mobility processes.
** Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both English and Georgian.
** Proficiency in HRIS tools and basic reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
** Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
** A proactive mindset with a service-oriented, solution-driven approach.
** Full professional proficiency in English and Georgian, both written and spoken.
