Caritas Czech Republic Country Office in Georgia (CCRG) is a branch of the Czech non-profit organization - Caritas Czech Republic (CCR), which is the biggest non-state provider of social and health services in the Czech Republic. As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices, CCRG is seeking the services of HR company or a qualified individual consultant to conduct a comprehensive salary market research. The research will focus on the NGO sector, including foreign and international organizations operating in Georgia.
Objective
The objective of this assignment is to assess current salary benchmarks and benefits packages in the NGO sector in Georgia and provide evidence-based recommendations to ensure our internal salary scales are aligned with market standards.
Scope of Work
The selected consultant/company will be responsible for:
** Conducting a market survey of current salary levels and benefits packages across comparable NGOs, INGOs, and development organizations in Georgia;
** Collecting and analyzing data for a range of typical NGO positions (e.g., country director, deputy country director, monitoring and evaluation specialist, head of operation, project managers, project coordinators, finance/admin/procurement officers, program managers, technical advisors, etc.);
** Reviewing both basic salary and non-monetary benefits (insurance, allowances, bonuses, leave policies, etc.);
** Providing a final report that includes:
- Detailed findings and analysis;
- Benchmark salary tables;
- Key trends and observations;
- Recommendations for salary scale adjustment if relevant.
Deliverables:
** Inception report detailing methodology and timeline;
** Draft report for review and feedback;
** Final salary market research report in English.
Qualifications:
For Individual Consultants:
** Proven experience in HR consultancy, salary benchmarking, or organizational development;
** Strong understanding of the NGO and development sector in Georgia;
** Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
For Companies:
** Demonstrated track record in conducting salary and labor market assessments;
** Team members with relevant HR and analytical expertise;
** Familiarity with the Georgian labor market, especially in the NGO sector.
