As we continue to grow, we are seeking for a full-time, dynamic and detail-oriented account assistant to join our friendly team to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our client accounts and delivering on client expectations.
Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for candidates who have good background in corporate PR and/or communication of donors` funded projects, have strong motivation to work and develop in PR field and are happy to become part of a small but active and hard-working international team.
The candidate should have higher education in marketing, PR, communications, journalism or related field; at least 1 year of relevant experience in PR sphere including media relations and organizing events; fluent in Georgian and English; copywriting, proofreading skills strong enough to draft a press release, presentation or an article.
Account responsibilities:
** Managing various tasks within company`s network in the EU Eastern Partnership countries;
** Accomplishing reporting tasks on a weekly basis;
** Responsible for media monitoring in Georgian and English, capable of doing short analysis based on information;
** Assisting in developing PR plans and campaigns; Assisting in developing PR plans and campaigns;
** Assisting in developing tender proposals;
** Assisting in organizing press conferences, events for partners, consumer events and other events based on client`s needs (online and offline);
** Proofreading, drafting, translating texts/press releases in Georgian and English languages;
** Responding to emails and inquiries, and performing other administrative tasks;
** Taking part in brainstorming sessions and suggesting innovative ideas;
** Attending meetings with clients and partners (online and offline).
Commitments required:
** Having a positive attitude and working habits, as well as understanding of organizational culture;
** At least 12 months` commitment to work;
** Full Time, undivided dedication;
** Flexibility to occasionally be assigned to the tasks outside of the job description, in case of emergency;
** Good organizational and time-management skills;
** Flexibility to travel within Georgia, in the South Caucasus region and Europe;
Necessary skills:
** Ability to study and adapt to new tasks promptly;
** Sticking to positive attitude, no matter what :)
** Capability to be a team player;
** Fluent in written and oral English and Georgian;
** Advanced knowledge in MS Office programs (Excel, Word and Power Point)
