Marketing Operations Specialist

Main responsibilities:
** Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and digital advertising
** Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing projects
** Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize future efforts
** Maintain and improve marketing workflows
** Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels
** Support lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement initiatives
** Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and resources efficiently
** Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements:
** Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing operations or digital marketing role
** Excellent English—both written and verbal
** Strong hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Quickmail, HubSpot) and social media platforms
** Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
** Experience collaborating with design and development teams
** Highly organized with excellent project management and communication skills
** Ability to work independently and proactively in a collaborative environment
