Alta Software LLC, a prominent software development company in Georgia specializing in solutions for the financial sector since 1998, is seeking a Junior Cyber Security Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
** We are seeking for a motivated, detail oriented cyber security junior specialist in information security department. The desired candidate should help us in implementing ISO 27001 standard and development of ISMS system.
** We offer you a friendly and development oriented working environment. You will implement both technical and administrative-analytical tasks which will result in wide experience in cyber security issues for you.
Key responsibilities:
** Actively participating in ISO 27001 implementation, management and certification preparation;
** Maintaining information asset inventory, controlling access and documenting the process;
** Implementing/supporting the main security tools and controls;
** Monitoring threats, first response to incidents and analyzing logs;
** Participating in information security audit, risk assessment and compliance processes;
** Using cyber security tools (SEIM, EDR, vulnerability scanners);
** Configuring and monitoring security parameters of Microsoft 365 (Defender for Endpoint/Office, MFA, DLP, Conditional Access, etc.) for ISMS security control facilitation;
** Managing access in ManageEngine systems (i.e. ADManager Plus, Log360), monitoring system logs, describing/documenting related processes within ISMS;
** Participating in firewall, antivirus system, encryption and cloud security;
** Participating in cyber security awareness programs;
** Cooperating with IT, operations and external partners.
Qualifications and Skills:
** Basic knowledge of main principles and threats of cyber security;
** General knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 standard or similar security framework;
** General technical knowledge of Windows, Linux virtualization systems and networks;
** Knowledge of English language (B1-B2);
** Team player with ability to work independently and learn easily;
** Good communication skills and strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility.

Compensation: Salary will be discussed during the interview and is dependent on the candidate`s qualifications and experience.
