TAV Georgia, the operator of Tbilisi International Airport and a member of Groupe ADP is pleased to announce vacancy of Duty Chief in Tbilisi International Airport.
Department: Terminal Operations
Location: Shota Rustaveli Tbilisi International Airport, Tbilisi, Georgia
Contract Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
** Ensure the uninterrupted and efficient operation of the terminal, apron, passenger boarding bridges (PBBs), and car park facilities within your scope of responsibility
** Monitor and manage any service disruptions or irregularities, ensuring that appropriate corrective actions are taken promptly
** Address and resolve issues encountered by passengers, their companions, clients, and guests at the airport
** Coordinate technical, mechanical, and electrical service-related matters to maintain continuous functionality
** Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all airport stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners
** Oversee the movement of passengers from check-in through passport control and boarding gates
** Collaborate closely with customs, security, police, and border protection services to maintain seamless operations
** Monitor service quality throughout the terminal and its surrounding areas
Required Qualifications:
** University degree in a relevant field
** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or operational roles
** Proficiency in English (additional languages are considered an asset)
** Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
