Why We Need You:
You`ll manage end-to-end project delivery—balancing technical depth with business acumen. From planning to post-delivery evaluation, you`ll work across cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes are on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
What You`ll Be Doing:
Project Ownership & Delivery:
** Define and manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budget
** Apply the most suitable methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to ensure delivery success
** Track performance using project KPIs and ensure timely completion of milestones
Stakeholder & Team Coordination:
** Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors
** Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to all levels, including senior management
** Motivate and support project teams to meet shared goals and timelines
Risk, Compliance & Quality Management:
** Identify and mitigate project risks and issues with clear escalation paths
** Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with security, regulatory, and policy requirements
** Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned workshops
Budget & Vendor Oversight:
** Monitor project costs, track financial performance, and adjust forecasts as needed
** Manage third-party suppliers and ensure contract deliverables are met
Documentation & Reporting:
** Prepare and maintain project documentation (e.g., plans, logs, dashboards)
** Generate regular reports for executive leadership and project stakeholders
What You Bring:
** Experience: 3+ years in IT project management across software development, infrastructure, or cloud environments
** Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
** Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure
** Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field—or equivalent practical experience
** Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or similar (preferred)
Skills:
** Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
** Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
** Strategic problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
