About the Role:

The Sales Agent is responsible for managing property transactions by engaging with clients, identifying opportunities, and guiding them through the real estate process. The role includes market research, maintaining listings, meeting sales targets, and handling documentation. Strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

** Client Engagement & Sales Activities
** Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls, lead follow-ups, and presentations
** Proactively engage with both hot and cold leads, adapting communication style based on lead readiness and level of interest
** Identify client needs and recommend suitable property options
** Provide guidance on property features, pricing, location, construction options, and investment value
** Answer client inquiries about financing, maintenance, appraisals, and legal procedures
** Negotiate terms effectively to ensure successful deal closure
** Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing clients
** Market & Property Management
** Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences
** Maintain and update listings of available properties
** Stay up to date on industry practices, construction developments, and real estate regulations
** Identify and suggest investment opportunities to clients
** Documentation & Reporting
** Prepare and manage all documents related to property transactions
** Submit daily and weekly sales performance reports to the Sales Manager
** Track and report on sales KPIs and personal progress toward targets
** Customer Experience
** Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
** Ensure a smooth and transparent experience for clients from first contact to deal closure
** Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating market knowledge and financial awareness

Requirements & SKILL SET:

** Minimum of 2 years in real estate sales or a similar role
** Bachelor`s degree is required
** Strong communication and interpersonal skills
** Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
** Proficiency in Georgian, English and Russian languages is required
** Experience with CRM system and Microsoft office
** Time management and organizational skills
** Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
** Team player with a customer-first mindset
