We are looking for a creative and strategic social media and Content Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing content across all digital platforms. This role will lead our brand`s online presence, drive engagement through compelling storytelling, and ensure consistent messaging across social media channels.
Main Responsibilities:
** Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand objectives and target audience needs
** Manage all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Web Content) including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and engagement
** Create, edit, and oversee high-quality written, visual, and video content for digital channels
** Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone
** Monitor trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity to optimize content and engagement
** Manage social media campaigns, including influencer partnerships and paid promotions
** Track, analyze, and report on content performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly
** Engage actively with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand voice
** Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and overall digital strategy
Key Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
** Proven work experience (2-5 years) in content creation and social media management
** Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
** Proficiency in social media tools
** Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic video editing
** Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and platform algorithms
** Creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
** Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
** Fluency in English (additional language (s) is a plus)
