General Requirements:
** Responsible for overall F&B Service Operation.
** Supports and Assists F&B Service Manager on daily basis.
** Ability to replace F&B Service Manager on his/her absence and fulfill the duties.
** Leads the team by example, coaching, mentoring and helping others to improve their knowledge or skills
** Monitors and maintains high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Skills:
** Foreign Languages: Excellent knowledge of English
** Active & Enthusiastic
** Related work experience in an international environment and the hospitality industry is preferred.
