Why We Need You
As a Senior Product Manager (Platform), we need you to strategize planning, development, and lifecycle management of products. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the ability to translate these insights into actionable plans. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and continuous improvement of products.
What You`ll Be Doing
** Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company goals and create & maintain a product roadmap.
** Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences and develop customer personas and gather user feedback.
** Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to market withdrawal and collaborate with engineering, design, and business users to develop and launch products.
** Schedule and lead regular meetings with cross-functional teams and communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders.
** Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DAU, MAU, ARPU, Retention Rate, and Conversion Rate.
** Use data to inform product decisions and improvements.
** Address and resolve product-related issues and adapt to changes and negotiate with stakeholders.
** Maintain detailed documentation of product development processes and decisions and monitor progress and ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
** Motivate and guide team members while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
What You Bring to the Team
** Bachelor`s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
** Minimum 4 years of proven experience in product management or a similar role
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English is a must
** Familiar with the following framework Value versus effort, weighted scorecards, RICE, ICE, KANO Model, Moscow, Story Mapping, Scrum, Waterfall
** Familiar with the following tools, JIRA (especially jira product discovery), Teams, Office365 suites, Figma
** Understanding APIs, basic integrations, and solution architecture is a plus
** Familiar with iGaming industry (Bonus, Payment, Product, Tools) and experience in Comtrade platform is a plus.

** Business Operations (Risk Management, Customer Support)
** Gaming Integrations (Gaming Product and Gaming Payment)
