CC Digital Coms & Programs Executive (Contracted)
Currently FCC is looking for full-time Digital Communications & Programs Specialist for our contracted company Philip Morris Georgia (PMG) an affiliate of Philip Morris International Inc..
Our Key Service Provider seeks for a dynamic The Online Channels & Programs Specialist who will be responsible for the development and deployment of digital communication and engagement programs for both consumers and trade. This role ensures seamless online activation, content development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business objectives through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
** Coordinate consumer database collection, accuracy, and compliance with PMI requirements, maintenance, segmentation, and reporting in cooperation with IT, Marketing, Regional digital streams, and Compliance officer.
** Ensure seamless integration of digital engagement tools into PMI infrastructure (salesforce, Database, etc.) using global and local solutions.
** Develop and adapt creative solutions and programs that improve engagement through digital tools and platforms.
** Build and adapt content and assets for online communication, engagement, and motivation targeting trade and consumers. This includes, but is not limited to, Just Scan, send outs (LAS), DTE, and Field.
** Guarantee that all digital content and materials align with global guidelines, approved deployment frameworks, and local regulations contributing to business objectives.
** Coordinate the deployment of digital-based projects and motivational programs for trade partners.
** Implement effective communication strategies using digital tools to drive interaction and participation.
** Monitor engagement metrics and provide regular reporting to improve performance continuously.
** Collaborate closely with the Digital cluster hub, regional team, and OC.
** Manage the work of third-party digital agencies, creative agencies, designers, and other suppliers.
** Apply advanced analytics for tracking and optimizing program essential metrics, identifying patterns and opportunities for improvement.
** Set up monitoring the progress of activities and prepare reports to adapt the strategy and gain efficiency.
** Ensure that the quality of services received corresponds to business needs and internal standards. All activities and expenses should have a clear business reason and a long-play benefit.
** Manage and track the digital programs budget, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial planning.
** Provide regular reporting on expenses and recommendations for cost optimization.
** This position is key for boosting digital engagement, ensuring smooth online program execution, and fostering interdepartmental collaboration for CC`s digital transformation and communication goals.
Requirements:
** Higher education (major in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Law is preferable).
** Proven experience in digital communications or program execution.
** Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
** Familiarity with digital platforms and database systems (e.g., Salesforce).
** Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
** Strong communication, project, and collaborator management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements to actionable steps.
** Proficiency in Georgian, English, and Russian.
This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation and enhancing online program execution across key communication channels.
