We are seeking proactive, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team in on-site roles as English Speaking Customer Support & Sales Agents.
This position is ideal for candidates who are both service-focused and sales-driven, with a passion for clear communication, problem-solving, and achieving results. You will assist customers via chat and email while also introducing them to offers, features, and promotions that enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
** Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone and email promptly and accurately
** Maintain a helpful, empathetic, and professional tone
** Troubleshoot account issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
** Log interactions clearly and contribute to the internal knowledge base
** Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
** Introduce users to available offers, features, and promotions
** Engage with new and returning users to boost platform activity
** Follow up on leads and inactive users with a goal of reactivation
** Work towards individual and team-based performance targets
** Track user feedback and report trends for optimization
Requirements:
** Fluent in English (C1-C2 level)
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills
** Sales mindset with persuasive communication skills
** Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
** Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays (2 night shifts/week required)
** Must be based in Tbilisi - remote work is not considered
** Prior experience in support and/or sales is a strong advantage
** Familiarity with digital platforms and chat-based tools is a plus
