Currently FCC is looking for full-time Digital Communications & Programs Specialist for our contracted company Philip Morris Georgia (PMG) an affiliate of Philip Morris International Inc..
Our Key Service Provider seeks for a dynamic Digital Communications & Programs Specialist to coordinate development and deployment of digital engagement initiatives for consumers and trade. In this role, you will drive impactful online activation, content development, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
** Manage consumer database collection and ensure compliance with segmentation, reporting, and integration into global systems.
** Design and adapt digital engagement programs aligned with strategy, compliance, and business goals.
** Oversee the development and deployment of digital communication content and tools for both consumer and trade engagement.
** Coordinate internal and external stakeholders including agencies, IT, marketing, legal, and compliance teams.
** Supervise production and procurement of materials intended for digital programs purposes, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery.
** Track and report on program performance, budgets, and costs, with a focus on continuous optimization.
Requirements:
** Higher education (major in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Law is preferable).
** Proven experience in digital communications or program execution.
** Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
** Familiarity with digital platforms and database systems (e.g., Salesforce).
** Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
** Strong communication, project, and collaborator management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements to actionable steps.
** Proficiency in Georgian, English, and Russian.
This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation and enhancing online program execution across key communication channels.
