Job Overview
As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in our Wine corner and bar areas, support service staff, and maintain high standards of customer service. You will act as a key liaison between the kitchen, service team, and guests, ensuring smooth coordination and top-quality delivery.

Main responsibilities:
** Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure seamless service across all outlets.
** Lead, train, and motivate service staff to uphold hotel and brand standards.
** Ensure excellent guest experience through attentive service and quick resolution of issues and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
** Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
** Work closely with the F&B Manager to implement promotional activities and maximize revenue.
** Monitor hygiene, health, and safety standards in all F&B areas.
** Support event setup and service for conferences, banquets, and special occasions.
** Ensure all areas are properly staffed and scheduled according to business levels.
** Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality standards and presentation
** Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service operations.
** Conduct opening and closing duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
** Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the hospitality industry.
** Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, ideally in a hotel environment.
** Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
** Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
** Proficiency in English and Georgian; other languages are a plus.
** Experience with POS and inventory systems is preferred.
