I`m Vadym Serhieiev, Business Development Manager at Korter. Last year, we launched a secondary real estate section on our website, made it into the TOP-3 classifieds in Georgia, and are now ready to build a digital real estate agency. To achieve this, we need a strong real estate agent who can break the ice in this promising field.
Korter is a Ukrainian proptech marketplace platform. We build and operate websites and mobile apps that help our customers purchase property directly from developers—and now on the secondary market as well. Our marketplaces operate in 9 countries worldwide, and our goal is to help people choose and buy their future homes online.

For the past six months, we have been consistently receiving dozens of inquiries from property owners looking to sell. We have a well-developed list of hypotheses on how to attract listings, a powerful lead generation channel, and a mission to provide buyers with the best real estate investment experience.
Who we are looking for:
** A strong real estate agent with an in-depth understanding of the Batumi secondary property market and excellent sales skills.

** We are aware that many real estate agents, brokers, and realtors have a poor reputation because they act as information monopolists and fail to provide a high-quality service. We do not want this type of person on our team.
