Why We Need You
We are looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build and scale high-performing engineering, product, and IT teams — particularly for our growing technology hub, Next Gen Technology.
You`ll drive full-cycle recruitment, act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience — all while shaping the future of our tech talent strategy.
What You`ll Be Doing
** Own and lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Data
** Source and engage candidates using advanced search techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-ray, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
** Conduct structured screening interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit
** Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
** Promote our EVP and culture through employer branding campaigns (social media, events, and more)
** Monitor and report key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance, source performance)
** Ensure a smooth candidate journey — from first contact to onboarding coordination
** Collaborate with HR and IT to ensure Day 1 readiness for new hires
** Stay informed on tech hiring trends and continuously optimize sourcing strategies
What You Bring to the Team
** 4+ years of experience in full-cycle tech recruitment (in-house or agency)
** Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, tools, and technical role requirements
** Advanced sourcing and engagement skills across various platforms
** Familiarity with ATS and recruitment systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, etc.)
** Strong communication skills in Georgian and English
** Organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
** Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and partner effectively with hiring managers
** Awareness of local and regional talent markets and compensation trends
