Silk Development is currently offering an employment opportunity at Interior Designer position.
Location: Tbilisi
Number of Positions: 1
Work Schedule: Full-time
Reports to: Head of Product Development and Sales
Working Hours: 10:00 - 19:00
Subordinate Position (s): NA
Responsibilities:
** Optimize layouts for efficiency, comfort, and visual appeal based on Product and Sales team requirements;
** Collaborate with architects and the Project Management team to implement designs;
** Develop visual presentations and mood boards;
** Select appropriate furniture, textures, and color schemes;
** Prepare layout materials for marketing purposes;
** If necessary, conduct site visits and manage installations to ensure quality and compliance with design documents;
** Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications:
** Bachelor`s degree in architecture or interior design
** 3 years` of working experience in residential design
** Knowledge of materials and construction methods
** Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D)
** Proficiency in English, at least B2 level (Mandatory)
** Strong creativity and artistic vision
** Attention to detail
** Ability to meet project deadlines
