We are looking for a results-driven Product Owner with a strong background in gambling, banking, or fintech to join our dynamic product team. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact digital products, managing product roadmaps, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative features to market.
Key Responsibilities:
** Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is clear, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
** Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market trends, user feedback, and business needs.
** Collaborate with stakeholders (business, compliance, tech, marketing) to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
** Lead agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
** Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
** Monitor product performance and use analytics to inform decisions.
** Ensure compliance with industry regulations, especially within gambling, banking, or fintech frameworks.
** Stay updated on trends and competitors within regulated markets.
Requirements:
** Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in gambling, banking, or fintech industries.
** Strong understanding of regulated environments and compliance requirements.
** Solid grasp of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
** Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
** Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and legal.
** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
** Bachelor`s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master`s a plus).
** Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Tableau, etc.
Preferred:
** Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, PSPO).
** Experience with digital wallets, payment gateways, or iGaming platforms.
** Familiarity with anti-fraud systems, KYC processes, or risk engines.
