Why We Need You:
We are looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our growing engineering, product, and IT teams. You will play a vital role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top tech talent for our fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to drive full-cycle recruitment efforts, elevate employer branding, and deliver a seamless candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding.
What You`ll Be Doing:
** Own and execute the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of technical roles, including Engineering, DevOps, QA, Product, and Data-related functions
** Proactively source and engage top-tier talent using advanced sourcing techniques across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and specialized tech communities
** Conduct structured screening interviews to evaluate both technical and behavioral fit, ensuring alignment with role requirements and team dynamics
** Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role expectations, define success profiles, and tailor job descriptions to attract qualified candidates
** Lead employer branding efforts across digital and offline channels, including the promotion of EVP messaging, event partnerships, and targeted talent campaigns
** Manage recruitment analytics by tracking KPIs such as time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance ratio via ATS and dashboard tools
** Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, maintaining clear and timely communication throughout
** Support onboarding coordination, working cross-functionally with HR, IT, and hiring teams to ensure smooth pre-boarding and Day 1 experience for new hires, including system setup, documentation, and orientation
** Stay informed on emerging hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and tech talent market shifts, and translate insights into actionable sourcing strategies
** Continuously optimize recruitment processes, introducing improvements in outreach, evaluation, and candidate nurturing to support scalable hiring operations
What You Bring to the Team:
** 4+ years of proven experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, either in-house or with a specialized agency, with a successful track record of filling mid-to-senior-level tech roles
** Deep understanding of modern technology stacks, programming languages, system architecture concepts, and the nuances of technical role requirements across Engineering, DevOps, Data, Product, and QA domains
** Advanced sourcing skills, including hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, X-ray search, and talent engagement strategies across various platforms
** Strong command of ATS tools and recruitment systems, with the ability to maintain clean data, track metrics, and leverage automation to improve process efficiency
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Georgian, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
** Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
** Strategic mindset with executional excellence — you bring creativity, structure, and a results-oriented approach to every search
** Collaborative, business-partner mentality, capable of working cross-functionally with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to align recruitment with broader organizational goals
** Familiarity with tech talent trends, compensation insights, and competitive market dynamics in both local and regional contexts
