Appidea, an international publisher and developer of mobile games is seeking an Assistant to Product Team Lead to join our Tbilisi Studio. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Assistant to support Product Team Lead. If you`re organized, love games, and enjoy working across different digital platforms, this role is a perfect fit.
Salary: 1000-2500 GEL + bonuses
Main tasks and responsibilities:
** Search and compile relevant data from websites, articles, or videos.
** Playtest mobile or PC games and provide structured feedback on the user experience, including likes, dislikes, and potential improvements.
** Monitor social platforms like Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter (X) for user feedback, trends, and community insights.
** Watch industry-related YouTube videos or interviews and summarize key insights and takeaways.
** Provide administrative and team support by maintaining and updating Google Sheets with accurate data.
** Draft short internal updates or summaries from discussions, meetings, or chats.
** Reach out to co-workers to collect brief status updates and compile them into summaries.
** Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
** Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.
** Curious and willing to learn new tools, systems, and workflows.
Would be a plus
** Basic understanding of user behavior, or user testing.
** Experience with tools like Notion, Trello, Slack, or project management systems.
** Some familiarity with analytics, metrics, or marketing concepts.
