OnAim is a technology company developing a comprehensive gamification platform delivered as a SaaS solution for iGaming, eCommerce, Fintech, and other industries with large user bases and high transaction volumes. Our platform enables businesses to enhance user engagement through configurable mini-games, achievement systems, rewards management, and analytics tools.
As we expand our platform capabilities and client partnerships, we`re seeking a dedicated Project Manager who is also interested in taking on Product Owner responsibilities for our Page Builder component - a key part of our platform that enables clients to create custom gamification experiences.
Job Details:
** Location: Chavchavadze avenue (On-site)
** Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00 or 08:00-17:00
What We`re Looking For:
** 2-3 years of IT project management experience with development/design teams
** Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
** Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, MS Project)
** Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
** Interest in product ownership and user experience design
** PMP certification is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
** Lead cross-functional teams of developers and designers
** Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
** Act as Product Owner for our Page Builder, defining requirements and user stories
** Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement
** Identify and mitigate project risks
** Conduct regular team meetings and progress reviews
** Align Page Builder development and design processes with our core platform vision and overall product development cycle
** Coordinate with core platform development team to ensure seamless integration and consistency across all product components
