MTG is a partner of the American logistics company Metro Trans Logistics LLC in Georgia, providing shipping services across the United States and Canada. Established in 2017, the company today manages hundreds of vehicles and works with over a thousand partners.
MTG is announcing a vacancy for the position of Customer Acquisition Specialist. We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to build strong business relationships and manage the outreach process through calls and emails.
Working Hours: 16:00 - 01:00 (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
** Identify and research potential customers who require expedite freight services.
** Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
** Maintain and organize contact databases, communication records, and lead pipelines.
** Qualify leads and schedule initial meetings or calls.
** Work closely with internal teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
Requirements:
** Experience in sales, customer service, or logistics.
** Strong verbal and written communication skills.
** Comfortable with cold calling and cold emailing.
** Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
** Proficient in using CRM systems or other outreach management tools.
