About the profile
Our company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for a SAP Basis Engineer to join our team of professionals. As a SAP Basis Engineer you will be expected to support a variety of SAP environments working directly with the client and other MIGx staff to maintain and support the client`s landscapes.
Responsibilities:
** The responsibilities include interacting with a third party to configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot the full SAP technical landscape (S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP PO, SolMan, ADS, Cloud Connector) on an ongoing basis.
** The communication between the various SAP specialists, key users, service providers and hosting provider in the SAP Basis area
** Working on SAP incidents with ServiceNow
** Troubleshoot complex issues L3 support
Requirements - Must have:
** 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, including support for upgrades, system refreshes, ALE integration, and transport management.
** Experience in patching ABAP and NetWeaver stack systems and installing SAP Notes (manual and automated via SNOTE).
** Familiarity with Solution Manager functionalities such as ChaRM, Technical Monitoring, Embedded Search.
** Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
** Fluent communication in English (minimum B2 level).
Requirements - Nice to have:
** Experience working in hybrid or multi-cloud SAP environments (including SAP Cloud Connector).
** Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM
** Cloud Connector setup & maintenance
Languages:
** Fluent communication in English (minimum B2 level).
