We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team and shape our data strategy through meaningful analytics that influence global decision-making across marketing, operations, finance, product, and more.

Why We Need You:
We`re seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Data Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You`ll be the go-to expert for building dashboards, automating reports, conducting strategic analyses, and bridging the gap between data, business, and operations. Your expertise will support smarter decisions and drive performance across our digital brands.
What You`ll Be Doing:
** Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct deep-dives on customer behavior, marketing effectiveness, product engagement, and operational performance
** Transform business questions into data hypotheses, conduct multi-stage analysis, and present validated insights
** Own the development and optimization of automated dashboards and reports using SQL and Tableau (or similar tools)
** Deliver clear data storytelling to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders
** Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data architecture, streamline data pipelines, and influence schema design
** Maintain high standards of data accuracy and validation, constantly monitoring quality and improving processes
** Support broader BI initiatives, such as metadata alignment, event stream analytics, and A/B test support
What You Bring to the Team:
** 3+ years of experience in analytics or BI roles within digital-first or data-heavy organizations
** Advanced SQL expertise and strong understanding of relational databases, especially cloud-based systems
** Proven ability to develop interactive dashboards and performance reports (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
** Experience in data validation, cleaning, and insight delivery
** Strong understanding of data visualization and business storytelling
** Bachelor`s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
** Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and thrive in fast-paced environments using Agile/Kanban methods
** Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
** Awareness of data privacy and security best practices
It`s a Bonus If You Have:
** iGaming industry experience and familiarity with casino/sportsbook KPIs
** Python proficiency for data modeling and analysis
** Experience building or optimizing ETLs and data pipelines
** Google Analytics, GTM, or other marketing analytics platforms
** Customer segmentation, A/B testing, and uplift measurement know-how
** Familiarity with fraud detection, risk analysis, or financial modeling
