We are looking for an energetic and well-organized Office Manager to join our team at Takopi.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing documentation, and supporting a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

** Manage daily office documentation;
** Receive and send correspondence and packages;
** Answer and forward phone calls to relevant team members;
** Communicate with potential clients;
** Translate documents and emails when needed;
** Support various administrative and organizational tasks;
** Prepare weekly reports.

Requirements:

** At least 1 year of experience as an Office Manager;
** Fluency in Georgian and Russian is required; English at B1 level or higher is a plus;
** Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs;
** Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
** High attention to detail and organizational skills;
** Ability to multitask and work well in a team.

** Salary: 1, 750 GEL net after the probationary period (up to 3 months).
