Brand new Novotel Tbilisi Center hotel (member of Accor S.A.) is inviting to its team experienced Housekeeping Manager.

We`re looking for a professional, experienced housekeeping manager to perform impeccable housekeeping services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay with us. You`ll lead the housekeeping team, ensure team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol, and oversee the housekeeping department budget. Experience in a supervisory role overseeing housekeeping staff or a similar role is required. If you have excellent communication skills and leadership experience, we highly encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

** Manage the daily activities of the housekeeping department to include appropriate;
** Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction and high standards of cleanliness across the hotel.
** To monitor, check and maintain standards of cleanliness within all areas of the hotel daily.
** Daily supervision of all housekeeping staff at the hotel;
** Purchase, order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory;
** Schedule and train all new housekeeping staff members;
** To adhere to all meetings such as health and safety, infection prevention and control;
** Manage the housekeeping budget, control the holidays and staff schedule
Systems;
** Maintain a cost control system for supplies, linen and cleaning supplies for efficient
operation of the hotel;
** Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct;
** Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment;
** To review and update the self-check cleaning sheets and to undertake all audits;
** To report any maintenance problems observed either in guest rooms or around the hotel immediately to the Technical Manager, making sure that all the rooms are in fully working order before being allocated to a guest;
** To ensure that linen is at the standards required and that distribution within the hotel it is done correctly by the Linen-Keeper.
** To maintain a professional and helpful attitude whilst on duty towards guests, visitors and colleagues;
** To liaise with all the other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the Hotel;
** To ensure that housekeeping staffs wear the correct uniform and name badges at all times whilst on duty.
** Identifies the developmental needs of staff, coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping them to improve their knowledge or skills.
** Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.

Requirements and skills:

** Previous experience of minimum 2-3 years.
** English/Russian conversational level is required.
** Essential to be flexible with working hours.
** Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
** Guest-oriented and friendly.
** Organizational and time management skills.
