Are you social media savvy? Then, we have the job for you! As a Social Media Coordinator, you will assist marketing team in developing engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, enlightening audiences and promote brand-focused messages. Audits and analyses social media presences and public feedback, including digital advertising costs.
What you will be doing:
** Work closely with the marketing team to execute a results-driven social media strategy;
** Monitor social media channels and respond to posts, messages and calls in a timely manner, sourcing additional information and/or responses from other staff where necessary;
** Aiming to achieve monthly and annual targets;
** Work flexible hours and contribute to significant events in the Hotel`s restaurant and bar;
** Attend events and produce live social media content;
** Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content;
** Monitor social media channels for industry trends;
** Review analytics and create reports on key metrics, and monitor SEO;
** Helping out in poster and post creation and design per guidelines;
** Participating in photoshoot process;
** Preparing email campaigns in accordance with marketing strategy
Your experience and skills include the following:
** Bachelor`s degree in marketing or a related field
** 1-3 years experience in social media marketing;
** Knowledgeable of pertinent engagement metrics
** Excellence knowledge of the Social Media platforms, such as: Meta, Google Ads, digital media editing tool
** Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills (English and Georgian)
** Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
** Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
** Competency in using a variety of computer software
** Superb communication and collaboration abilities.
** Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
