Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you`ll be the face of our business, connecting clients with locksmith solutions tailored to their needs. You`ll identify new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships with customers of the company and ensure they receive top-notch service every time.
What You`ll Do:
** Answer all incoming calls.
** Understand customer security needs and recommend suitable locksmith solutions.
** Present, negotiate, and close sales deals effectively.
** Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
** Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and pass jobs to proper technicians.
** Stay updated on jobs in the system and conduct a follow up.

Terms and conditions:
** 5 days a week;
** 8-9 hours a day;
** 1000 - 1500GEL plus bonuses;
** Evening and night shifts;
** Evening shift - 2PM - 11PM.
** Night shift - 11PM - 8AM.
