Location: Tbilisi, Georgia (Hybrid: In-office & Remote)

We`re looking for a QA Specialist with a knack for Project Management to ensure our products meet the highest standards in usability, functionality, and performance across multiple devices. In this role, you`ll also act as a gatekeeper for project milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
** Conduct comprehensive testing on usability, functionality, and performance of applications across a variety of devices and platforms.
** Design and implement test cases, track bugs, and validate fixes to maintain product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
** Collaborate closely with developers, mobile and backend teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
** Maintain and manage testing environments, test scripts, and documentation.
** Act as a gatekeeper for project milestones, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
** Oversee project schedules and communicate with team members to ensure alignment on deliverables and progress.
** Work with stakeholders to set and uphold quality benchmarks and project deadlines.
** Provide detailed feedback and reports on quality metrics, release readiness, and testing progress.
Job Requirements:
** Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
** Proven experience in quality assurance, with an emphasis on testing usability, functionality, and performance across various devices.
** Exposure to Project Management practices, with the ability to track milestones, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables align with project goals.
** Proficiency in test case design, bug tracking, and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
** Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail in identifying and resolving issues.
** Knowledge of Agile development processes and familiarity with CI/CD environments is a plus.
** Fluency in English and Arabic is required to get the work done.
** Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a hybrid work environment.
