The deadline for the receipt of Expressions of Interest is May 16, 2025, at 18:00 local time.
Summary
GITA may launch a simplified procedure for the provision of above-mentioned services.
GITA will invite a minimum of three service providers of its choice to participate in the procedure. This call for expression of interest aims at identifying interested service providers.

Project Description
The AnlTa project is an EU-funded initiative designed to revolutionize education for the next generation under the Do IT in Georgia program. The project aims to address the growing demand for individuals skilled in advanced digital skills while also challenging stereotypes and barriers that hinder female participation in IT. In scope, the project will create a digital learning environment, using interactive learning tools with big involvement from Al technologies.
Assignment`s Objectives
Development of an AI Character (Ref. No.: NDICI-GEO-NEAR-455-058-005):
1. Develop a compelling character to serve as a mentor and guide within the educational platform;
2. Create a comic backstory that promotes inclusivity in IT education;
3. Integrate the character into the learning platform and its AI chatbot to enhance engagement and personalized learning.
Character Focus:
** Design a visually appealing and culturally relevant character for Georgian students in grades 7-12;
** Develop a rich narrative and origin story through a comic format to build emotional connection and interest;
** Ensure compatibility of the character`s design and assets with digital environments, including chatbot, animations, and gamified content;
Educational Integration:
** Embed the character across digital modules to support learning goals and boost student motivation;
** Collaborate with AI specialists to align the character`s persona with chatbot functionality;
** Incorporate the character into supplementary learning tools, including guides, quizzes, and interactive activities.
The assignment is expected to be carried out between June, 2025 - September, 2025.
