Overlando Campers is a company offering campervan rentals in Georgia. We`re receiving tourists from all around the world and giving them the opportunity to explore Georgia at their own pace and stay right in the beautiful nature. We rent out complete campers including all camping gear and have a selection of different vehicles.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Campervan Operations and Rental Agent who will be responsible for smooth sailing of our rental operations.

Main tasks:
** Guest Services: Check-in and check-out guests, welcome them and provide support
** Vehicle Preparations: Cleaning and preparing of campervans and all the equipment
** Communication: communicate with our guests: answer phone calls, emails and social media messages
** Logistics: Driving cars to pickup locations (Airport, Kutaisi, Yerevan) and coordinating with mechanics
** Problem solving: Handle complaints, special requests and solve problems and emergencies
Requirements:
** Fluent in English (B2 level or higher), other languages are a plus
** Driving license
** Excellent communication and social skills
** Responsible, organized and always willing to improve
** Great eye for detail
** Relevant experience in hospitality / tourism / customer support / car rental sector
** Proactive and motivated
** Problem solver: flexible mind, ability to think out of the box
** Availability for flexible schedules
** Hands on, ready and capable of performing physical tasks
** You like nature, travel, outdoors, camping and have thorough knowledge of Georgia and what it has to offer to tourists
We have two open positions:
Full time:
** Salary: 1500-3000 GEL/month for full-time, based on experience and qualifications
** Working hours: 9:00-18:00 or 40 hr per week
Part time:
** Salary: Depending on the hours worked
** Working hours: Flexible
Location: Tbilisi (Isani) - willing to travel occasionally
Working months: seasonal employment from April to October, with off-season compensation and opportunities to engage in various company projects.
