Key Responsibilities:
** Project Oversight: Manage the entire construction project from inception to completion, ensuring the completion of each stage within budget, scope and deadlines.
** Vendor Communication: Coordinate with procurement to select vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor schedules.
** Utility Coordination: Ensure proper installation and function of all site utilities.
** Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, conduct site inspections, and manage risks.
** Reporting: Provide regular project status reports, document activities, and maintain accurate records.
** Budget Management: Monitor expenses, approve expenditures, and prepare financial reports within budget and approved limits.
** Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and resolve any issues promptly.
** Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements & Skill Set:
To excel in this role, you should have:
** Bachelor`s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
** Minimum 3 years Experience in project management within real estate or construction.
** Good verbal and written communication in English and Georgian languages is required.
** Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
** Proficiency in project management software.
** Ability to manage challenging situations.
