Hotel Zorba & Bond is looking for a dedicated and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team in Tbilisi. If you are responsible, motivated, and enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
** Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
** Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
** Providing information about hotel services and local attractions
** Managing phone calls and emails efficiently
** Handling payments and billing procedures
** Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements:
** Mandatory: Proficiency in English
** Russian language will be an asset
** Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
** Strong communication and organizational skills
** A team player with a customer-oriented mindset
** Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Hotel Zorba & Bond is looking for a creative and independent Social Media Manager to join our team. This role can be done remotely, and what matters most is delivering high-quality content on time and meeting deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:
** Develop and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
** Create and schedule regular posts, reels, and stories in line with our brand image
** Set up and manage Facebook and Google Ads to drive traffic and bookings
** Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI
** Track analytics and adjust strategies to increase engagement and reach
** Collaborate with our photographer and marketing team on campaigns and promotions
** Handle influencer outreach and communication
** Assist with website and Google profile updates when needed
** Note: No need to manage inbox messages or interact with followers directly
Requirements:
** Proven experience managing social media platforms (especially Instagram & TikTok)
** Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook and Google Ads
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
** Creativity and strong visual sense
** Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
** Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
** Familiarity with hospitality or lifestyle brands is a plus
Working Conditions:
** Remote work — no need for full-time presence, just reliable task delivery
