Currently open position: Virtual assistant
We offer:
** Working type: Part-time
** Salary per month: $800
** Working days/Working Hours (Time frame Brooklyn)
Tuesday: 3am - 7pm US time
Wednesday: 9 am - 7 pm US time
Thursday: 9am - 7 pm US time
Saturday: 3am- 7 pm US time
Sunday: 3am - 7 pm US time
Additional time will discuss for authorization.
Responsibilities:
** Answering calls Taking detailed messages after working hours;
** Check in and Check out patient remotely;
** Sheduling appointments, Follow up calls;
** Calling patients for next visit;
** Calling new patients according Insurance data;
** Authorisation for visits and procederes;
** Revalling patients for abnormal results;
** Translating for english speaking doctors- virtual Secretary for life sessions;
** Doling test result in patient data;
** Other duties as needed.
Though this is a remote work position, a presence in front of a video conference is required at all times to appear in a white shirt with a collar.
Requirements:
** Bachelor degree in Medical field (preferable);
** Experience in Patient Service (Customer Service) will be advantage;
** English communication skills (C1 level);
** Russian communication skills (B2-C1 level)
To be able to work on this position you will need:
** A laptop or desktop (preferably not Mac due to technical difficulties)
** Access to internet
