About Petra Group:
Petra Group is on a mission to redefine the hospitality industry in Georgia. Our flagship project, Petra Sea Resort, is a landmark development covering over 20 hectares on the Black Sea coast — combining international branded hotels, luxury residences, and recreational facilities.
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Specialist to join our Batumi team and support the on-site sales operations of this landmark project.
Key Responsibilities:
** Actively promote and sell residential and hotel units at Petra Sea Resort
** Conduct client tours and property presentations on-site
** Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of service
** Assist with local marketing activities and campaigns
** Work closely with the Tbilisi HQ and sales team
Requirements:
** 1 year of sales experience in real estate, hospitality, or similar industries
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills
** Fluency in Georgian, English and Russian
** Energetic, service-oriented, and detail-focused
** Based in Batumi or willing to relocate
