Now, VISKU is expanding and we are looking for a dedicated junior lawyer to join our team.
Key points:
** Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
** Schedule: full-time
** Arrangement: hybrid (remote and at office together, upon necessity)
** Salary: negotiable, based on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
** Draft and review contracts, agreements, corporate documents, official letters
** Assist with business registrations, compliance procedures, and legal due diligence
** Conduct legal research and monitor relevant regulatory developments
** Provide support to senior legal professionals on various legal matters
** Communicate effectively with clients, authorities, and business partners.
Ideal Qualifications:
** Degree in Law (LL.B. or higher)
** Minimum of 1 years` experience in corporate and/or commercial law
** Solid knowledge of Georgian legislation
** Fluency in Georgian and English
** Additional languages such as Russian, Italian, French, or German are a plus
** Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in approach.
