Position Title: Facility Manager
Reports To: Center Director / Managing Director Location: Tbilisi Outlet Village
Deadline: May 15, 2025 (early submissions are strongly encouraged)

Job overview and main responsibilities:

The Facility Manager will oversee all daily operations and maintenance of the outlet village, ensuring that all infrastructure, utilities, services, and public areas are safe, fully functional, and in line with TOV`s premium standards. This role is vital in delivering a high-quality environment for customers, tenants, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

** Manage all technical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, lighting, and general maintenance.
** Supervise cleaning, security, and waste management services, ensuring the outlet village is well- kept and secure.
** Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure efficient delivery and timely interventions.
** Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance plans and budgets.
** Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and sustainability initiatives.
** Manage operational costs and recommend improvements for efficiency.
** Support opening and fit-out phases from an operational and technical perspective.
** Maintain emergency protocols and respond swiftly to incidents.

Required Skills and Experience:

** 5+ years in facilities or property management (preferably retail).
** Strong knowledge of building systems and operational standards.
** Proven leadership and vendor management experience.
** Ability to work cross-functionally with construction, legal, and leasing teams.
** Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
