World Vision is a humanitarian organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice.
WV Georgia intends to hire service provider to conduct the assignment: Final Evaluation for the Project "Beyond Institutional Care". The purpose of the Final Evaluation is to assess the situation after the implementation of the intervention to measure the status of the project indicators and provide evidence of the relevance, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability of the project.
For this purpose, WV is inviting consultants to submit proposals. Detailed TOR is attached.
A technically acceptable consultant with relevant experience and qualification, offering the most competitive price will be selected for the assignment.
All interested consultants should send their Expression of Interests to Rati_Gvelesiani@wvi.org to receive access to the full package of documentation. The request e-mail should contain (i) the name of the consultant, (ii) e-mail and phone number of the contact person. Please include the title of the selection— Project Final Evaluation in the subject line of your email. The deadline for expressing the interest is May 14, 2025 18:00.

The document submission and selection will be done through the electronic procurement system of the World Vision (Provision/Coupa). Deadline for submission of documentation is May 15, 2025 18:00. (Local Time). Submissions after the deadline or outside the system will not be considered.
