Rooms Studio is pleased to announce an opening for the positon of Office Manager / Studio Director Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
** Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment
** Manage the office budget, including expense tracking and vendor negotiations
** Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and company events
** Organize travel and accommodations for studio events and business trips
** Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding and maintaining employee records
** Liaise with IT support to ensure smooth technical operations
** Maintain filing systems and organize internal documentation
** Coordinate with transport companies to manage logistics and transportation needs
** Assist in warehouse oversight, including inventory control and regular inspections
Qualifications:
** Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or in a similar role
** Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
** A proactive, problem-solving attitude with great attention to detail
** Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
** Fluent in English
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, on-site position.
