Lupa is a real estate company, that is looking for a highly motivated employee, who has a desire to develop their skills and learn a lot.
Qualification requirements:
** Higher Education;
** Excellent communication skill;
** Knowledge of Georgian language;
** Knowledge of foreign languages would be a plus: English and Russian;
** Knowledge of office programs;
** Working experience in sales;
** Knowledge of service standards;
** High sense of responsibility;
** Ability to work within the team;
General duties:
** Conducts sales presentation;
** Responsible for problem-solving with all customers;
** Maintain and expand the customer base by building rapport with customers and continuously servicing their needs;
** Design and implement sales strategies;
** Submit weekly and monthly sales activity report as required on a timely basis.
Salary: Fixed + bonus
Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00 (includes one-hour break).
