Your experience and skills include:
** Minimum 3 years progressive experience in managing large F&B operations;
** Substantial experience managing standalone restaurants or leading restaurant group;
** Entrepreneurial mindset to attract clients and boost F&B revenue;
** F&B cost and payroll control;
** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
** Micros/Symphony program knowledge;
** Fluent English
What you will be doing:
** Manage all Food and Beverage operations in our fast-paced restaurant and bars
** Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
** Ensure compliance of brand standards
** Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies and procedures
