As a Player Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall gaming experience for our valued guests. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value players, implementing effective player development strategies, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

** Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with guests to maximise their gaming experience.
** Develop and implement personalised player development plans to enhance customer loyalty.
** Organise and execute exclusive events, promotions, and guest experiences.
** Utilise customer feedback to continuously improve and tailor player development initiatives.

Qualifications:

** Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
** Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
** Fluency in Mandarin and good knowledge of either English or Russian.
** Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
** Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
** Experience in gambling industry will be considered as advantage.
